About the AuthorBorn and raised in Manhattan, Scarr Pimentel grew up surrounded by family and friends in the food industry, which inspired his love for restaurants. After working in various spots Downtown, Scarr opened Scarr's Pizza on the Chinatown/LES border in 2016.
